Nickolai Kryvenka is the owner and operator of the company. He is helped by his wife Alla, his son Heorhi, and a family friend Sasha. Nickolai was born in Belarus (ex-USSR). For over 20 years he had worked for the
Belarussian Academy of Sciences as a senior researcher. But the Soviet Union was the self-proclaimed country for peasants and workers, so his scientific pursuits did not pay enough and Nickolai had to moonlight as a painter and a cab driver. In the process, Nickolai has discovered that beautifying walls was more pleasant than creating materials for the Soviet Army. When he moved to the United States in 2000, Nickolai has continued his extraordinarily satisfying career as a painter. He worked for several different companies while learning English and polishing his painting skills. In 2008 Nickolai's employer went down along with all the economy and Nickolai started his own company.
Having no boss allowed Nickolai to improve quality of his work (his previous boss always
demanded high pace). Like Tom Sawyer, Nickolai claims to enjoy beautifying walls and fences. In his leisure time, Nickolai
loves fishing.
