I called Nick the day before I was moving since I got stood up by the previous guy. I needed him to install storage cabinets above my washer and dryer (now storage room too). Really nice old school Russian guy precise and friendly. While he was here I had him put a bead of chalking in my bathrooms - HIghly recommend him and I going to be using him to do other misc stuff - Thank You Nick!

Nick did a great job on painting and repairing my walls and doors. He's a very pleasant man, always smiling. I can tell he is concerned about quality -- old school craftsmanship. He speaks limited English, so you need to keep the instructions and conversation to the basics. But his happy demeanor makes up for the language skills. He brought his assistant, Sasha, with him, who was also very good. One tip is to make sure you're paying by the hour or by the project up front. I was a little confused. But in the end, the hourly rate quoted happened to turn out to be what he estimated for the whole job. So all ended well
